Becoming a Clinician Scientist was PERN's first internationally held workshop for emerging investigators held July 6-10, 2026 at the University of Padova. Dr. Silvia Bressan and her University team developed an intensive 5-day workshop covering Study Designs, Mentorship and Career Development, Artificial Intelligence in Research, Data Collection and Analyses, and Dissemination and Presentation of Results. An international crew of faculty experienced in pediatric emergency medicine research were all present to provide a great workshop.
